Select ‘Corporate Invoice (Net 30 Terms)’ during booking and provide your Federal Tax ID (EIN). Our team will verify your corporate account within 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice due within 30 days of service completion.
We can scale from a single VIP artist to a full crew of 50+ staff for major events. Our tight-knit team of 8 core professionals expands with vetted, experienced talent for large-scale activations.
We regularly staff events at the George R. Brown Convention Center, NRG Park, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, and all major Houston event venues. Our local logistics expertise means we’re never late.
We specialize in corporate events including NAPE Summit, Rodeo Houston, OTC Conference, CERAWeek, BBQ Cookoff, and private corporate activations. We understand B2B etiquette and trade show environments.
For major Houston events like NAPE and Rodeo, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. Availability is limited and slots fill quickly, especially during peak season.
